¶ Feed normal operation interface
¶ Step 1: Accessing the Operations Screen: Access the Operations screen from the printer's main screen. Locate and select the Supplies option on the Operations page.
¶ Step 2: Activate the feed function: In the ‘Consumables’ option on the operating page, click on the ‘Feed’ button to heat the nozzle up to 250°C.
¶ Step 3: Push the new material line into the extruder.
① . If there is no consumable loaded in the extruder, the screen will pop up with the message ‘No consumable detected, please re-insert’.
② . Prepare the consumable: Cut the end of the consumable into a flat, level cut (for easy insertion).
③. Inserting the consumable: Insert the cut consumable into the feed tube and keep pushing it in until the consumable triggers the feed detection sensor (at this point the prompt pop-up on the screen will disappear).

¶ Step 4: Observe extrusion and confirm：
Gear rotation of the extruder will automatically start the feeding action.
When the screen pops up with a prompt box that says: Check the nozzle for extruded consumables?
①. If there is no material extruding from the nozzle, please tap ‘Retry’ to feed the material, the left hand will lift the material tube on the tool head slightly, the right hand will push the material wire on the material tray into the material tube, until there is material extruding from the nozzle, then you can tap ‘Finish’ action.

②. If there is a stable extrusion of consumables from the nozzle → click on ‘Finish’.
¶ Step 5: Finish feeding
①. After clicking ‘Done’, the printer will automatically perform a nozzle wipe on the silicone wipe.
②. Waiting for the end of the wiping action, i.e. the feeding is complete.
¶ Operation interface for feed shaft movement
¶ Step 1: In the Axis Movement Interface option > Select to 50mm, move the Z-axis down 100mm and the Y-axis to the position in front of the glass door.

¶ Step 2: Click on Extruder Feed
The extruder will prompt the nozzle to warm up to 230 degrees and select the OK button prompt box to exit the interface.

¶ Step 3: Feed operation
① . Prepare the consumable: Cut the end of the consumable into a flat flat (for easy insertion). Insert the consumable into the Teflon tube to manually push the feed consumable into the extruder.

② . Click on the screen extruder down feed operation and watch the tool head nozzle for consumables to be extruded.

③ . If there is no consumable extruding from the nozzle, continue to click on the extrusion down feed operation. With your right hand, push the consumables in, and with your left hand, lift the Teflon tube on the tool head slightly to guide the consumables into the extruder until you can see consumables extruding from the nozzle. That means the feeding operation is completed.
