Pull out the consumables, remove the material tray, then turn off the power and disconnect the power cord.

① Use an H2.0mm hexagon socket wrench to remove the two screws, then take down the hot-end assembly.
② Use an H1.5mm hexagon socket wrench to remove the four screws, then take down the tool head wire.
③ Use the PTFE tube removal tool (3D-printed part) to take down the PTFE tube.

Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the three screws, disconnect the motor wire and the cutter material-break connection wire, then remove the extruder adapter plate.

Use an H1.5mm hexagon socket wrench to unscrew the set screw most of the way, then remove the three screws that secure the extruder upper housing assembly. Next, pry open the extruder upper housing assembly to take it down, and finally use a wrench to push out the handle pin.

Attach the handle, hold it in place by hand, secure the handle with the handle pin, then install the new extruder upper housing assembly. Lock in four screws to fix it, and finally screw the set screw in about two threads.

First, connect the cutter wire (4P terminal) and the material-break connection wire respectively, then plug in the motor wire. Finally, lock in three screws to secure the extruder adapter plate.

Mount the extruder adapter assembly in place, lock in four screws to secure it, then plug in the wire properly.

First, plug in the hot-end wire. Then, hold the hot-end firmly to prevent the hot-end assembly from being installed crookedly during the installation process. Next, lock in two screws to secure it. After installation, the hot-end assembly and the extruder assembly should be perpendicular to each other.

Insert the PTFE tube into the PTFE connector, then use four screws to secure the tool head wire.
