The Arillery M1pro printer will continue to upgrade its firmware to provide customers with more features. When new firmware is released, you can update it by following the instructions below.
¶ Firmware upgrade via OTA.
When the printer is connected to the Internet via Wi-Fi, it will check the server for new firmware and push it via OTA. You will see the following pop-up window. Click “Update” to start the firmware update process.

During the update process, you can check the progress via the progress bar.

Once the firmware upgrade is complete, the printer will restart and be ready for normal use.

¶ If the firmware update stops downloading or fails
Restart the printer and upgrade the firmware again by following the on-screen prompts. If the problem persists, please contact after-sales service.
