Technical Support & Repair Guidelines:
Quality issues within warranty are fully covered by Artillery. Artillery will arrange for an engineer to work directly with you.
You are obliged to perform a basic assessment of the malfunction and provide relevant information for Artillery’s reference. Routine technical issues will be remotely assisted by Artillery. For special technical problems that cannot be resolved after remote assistance from Artillery’s after-sales technical department, or in cases where non-human damage occurs and Artillery determines the cause of the fault cannot be identified, you may apply for factory return repair. Costs for parts damaged due to human factors will be charged separately.
To apply for factory return repair, you need to fill out the "Artillery After-Sales Service Application Form." After Artillery’s approval, the form will be sent to you along with your returned product. If you send the product directly to Artillery for repair without Artillery’s approval, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs and repair fees. The repair fees are listed in the fee schedule attached in Article 8 of this agreement.
If the entire machine needs to be returned to the factory, you may request the standard packaging requirements from Artillery and must follow these standards. Damage caused by improper packaging will not be covered under warranty, and you will be responsible for purchasing replacement parts for the damaged components. After the machine is repaired, if the original packaging is unusable, you must purchase new packaging; otherwise, you will bear any resulting losses.
For out-of-warranty equipment, you may apply to Artillery for paid repair services. Paid repairs can also be requested if you cannot provide a complete and clear product serial number. The cost of parts and retail prices will be based on Artillery’s official website prices.
